Cancellations and rescheduling
This page is in preparation. Before the commercial launch, privacy, cookies, payments, cancellations and terms will be reviewed with the appropriate professional support.
Planned rule: lessons can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
With less than 12 hours, one rescheduling exception may be allowed if the student notifies Gustavo before the scheduled lesson time.
Without prior notice, Gustavo will wait 30 minutes. After that time, the lesson may be considered completed.
